The programme will begin with a keynote presentation on fellowship opportunities and their role in career development. Several ophthalmologists will then share their personal experiences and insights.

An introduction to the Mediconsult Fellowship Programme will follow, highlighting opportunities for young ophthalmologists interested in advanced subspecialty training and international experience.
